Fee Schedule

This Fee Schedule is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract. Ageless AI LLC ("Ageless") reserves the right to modify pricing, terms, and policies at any time without prior notice. 

For purposes of this Fee Schedule, “Patient” means an End User as defined in the Master Subscription and Services Agreement, specifically a unique phone number that completes the Ageless experience within Customer's Serviceable Geography.

1.  Trial Period

Ageless offers eligible new customers a one-time introductory trial period prior to the commencement of a paid subscription.

Note: The trial fee is charged on Day 1 and is non-refundable. The trial is available once per entity; customers that cancel during the trial period and wish to reactivate must subscribe at full published pricing. No Patient Bank credits accrue during the trial period.

Auto-Conversion: If customer does not cancel prior to the expiration of the Trial Period, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription tier selected by Ageless based on customer's actual usage during the Trial Period. Customers may request a different tier prior to conversion.

Annual Discount: Annual plans receive 15% off the monthly rate and are billed as a single upfront payment. 

3.  Overage Fees

Overages occur when a customer's End User volume in a given monthly billing cycle exceeds the monthly End User allotment for their subscription tier plus any available Patient Bank credits.

Calculation: Overages are calculated and billed in arrears at the end of each monthly billing cycle based on actual End User volume for that month.

Overage Toggle: Customers may disable the overage feature in the Platform billing settings. If disabled and the Patient Bank is depleted, the patient-facing form will be turned off.

Upgrade Option: Customers may upgrade their subscription tier at any time to avoid overage charges. 

4.  Patient Bank (Rollover Credits)

The Patient Bank allows unused monthly End User allocations to roll over to subsequent billing cycles, subject to the caps and expiration rules below.

5.  Subscription Changes — Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately upon selection. Customer is charged a prorated fee for the difference between the current tier and the new tier for the remainder of the then-current billing period. The new tier's full patient allotment takes effect immediately.

Example: A customer on Starter ($499/mo) upgrades to Growth ($699/mo) on Day 15 of a 30-day cycle. The prorated charge is $100 (the difference for the remaining 15 days).

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No prorated credit is issued for the current cycle. Patient Bank credits in excess of the new tier's cap are grandfathered for 60 days (monthly plans) or 90 days (annual plans), after which excess credits expire.

Annual Plan Early Termination

Annual subscribers who request cancellation before the end of their term retain full access to the Services through the remainder of the paid term. The plan does not renew. There is no early termination fee and no prorated refund.

6.  Subscription Pause

Customers may pause their subscription rather than canceling. Pausing preserves the account, data, and Patient Bank while suspending new patient intake.

7.  Reactivation Policy

The following policies apply when a Customer seeks to reactivate following cancellation or account deletion.

8. Founders Club Add‑On

  • Description: Optional Founders Club upgrade providing (i) priority waitlist placement and (ii) exclusive access to monthly Medical Advisory Board sessions, and (iii) access to the private Founders Club WhatsApp community. The Founders Club add‑on does not modify the underlying subscription tier, pricing, or usage entitlements.

  • Fee: One‑time fee of $500, payable after payment completion of the $1 trial.

  • Term: Access for twelve (12) months from the date the Founders Club upgrade fee is paid.

  • Eligibility: Available only to Customers who have elected the Founders Club upgrade during the launch event window (March 16 - April 16, 2026).

  • Renewal: The Founders Club add‑on does not automatically renew.

  • Refunds: Non‑refundable.

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and Canadian Dollars (CAD). The same numerical price appliances in each currency.

 

9. General Terms

Ageless reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing customers will receive 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. This Fee Schedule is subject to and governed by the terms of the applicable Master Subscription and Services Agreement between customer and Ageless.
