Notice Regarding Use of Ageless AI Visualization Technology
IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Proceeding
This Biometric and AI Notice and Consent ("Notice") is provided by Ageless AI LLC, ("Ageless," "we," "our," or "us") in connection with our use of Ageless, an AI-powered aesthetic and wellness visualization service. This Notice provides disclosures required under applicable state biometric privacy laws, including Illinois’ Biometric Information Privacy Act (“BIPA”) and the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (“CUBA”), Canadian privacy laws, as well as other consumer health data laws regarding the collection, use, destruction and disclosure of your biometric information when you use the Ageless platform. By uploading a photo through the Ageless platform, you are agreeing and providing prior informed consent to the collection and processing of your biometric information using artificial intelligence (“AI”) by Ageless. To the extent required by applicable laws, we will obtain your written authorization to collect, store, use or transmit biometric data prior the collection of such data. Please review this notice carefully.
Notice of Biometric Data Collection
Before you upload a facial image, we want to be transparent about how your biometric information will be collected, used, shared, and stored by Ageless.
What Biometric Data We Collect
When you upload your photo, we collect and create the following biometric data:
Facial Geometry: A scan and analysis of your facial features, including the shape, structure, and spatial relationships of your face.
Skin Analysis: Assessment of your skin characteristics, including skin age calculations.
Beauty Score: Measurements and ratios derived from your facial features.
Notice of AI Processing
How Artificial Intelligence Is Used
Ageless uses artificial intelligence to analyze your facial image and aesthetic inputs to generate personalized "future self" visualizations showing potential treatment outcomes.
AI Models: Your uploaded facial image and related inputs may be processed using AI models provided by third-party service or in house developed providers, including Claude, Gemini, Claude, Grok, OpenAI, and/or other AI models selected or created by Ageless. These vendors act as service providers and processors on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using your biometric and personal information for their own purposes.
AI Outputs: The Service generates AI-based simulated outputs, including:
Before/after comparisons
Treatment recommendations
Future self visualizations
Interactive treatment sliders
Important Disclaimer: AI-generated visualizations and recommendations are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before pursuing any aesthetic or wellness treatment.
How Your Biometric Data and AI Outputs Will Be Used
Your biometric data and AI outputs will be used only for the following purposes:
Providing the Service: To generate AI-based visualizations and treatment simulations for you.
Facilitating Your Care: To assist our affiliated Practices in providing aesthetic consultations and treatment planning based on your visualization results.
Quality Assurance: To conduct internal quality assurance, safety review, and debugging by Ageless.
Service Improvement: To improve and refine the Service and underlying AI systems by Ageless (subject to obtaining your prior consent and to your right to opt out).
Safety and Security: To ensure the safety and security of the Service.
Legal: To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Ageless does not sell biometric data and does not disclose biometric data for commercial purposes unrelated to the Service, including for marketing or advertising.
Disclosure of Biometric Data
Your biometric data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients, solely for the purposes of operating the Service and facilitating your care:
Affiliated Practices: We partner with affiliated Practices that receive and process your biometric data to provide the services informed by AI-generated visualizations. We share your visualization outputs, treatment interests, and related information to facilitate your aesthetic consultations and treatment planning.
AI Model Providers: Third-party AI services engaged by Ageless that process your facial image to generate visualizations.
Cloud Hosting and Storage Providers: Engaged by Ageless to securely store and process your data.
All service providers engaged by Ageless are contractually obligated to protect your data and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes. When we share Personal Information with our service providers and processors, we ensure by contractual means that the transferred Personal Information providers and processors, we ensure by contractual means that the transferred Personal Information is used only for the purposes for which the service provider is retained and is protected to the same degree as it when in our possession.
Retention and Destruction of Biometric Data
Retention Period and Data Destruction: Biometric data will be permanently destroyed once the purpose for which it was collected has been satisfied or no later than one (1) year from the date of collection.
Deletion Requests: You may request deletion of your biometric data at any time by contacting Ageless at privacy@ageless.ai.
Account Deletion: If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information, except as required to comply with our legal obligations or as otherwise described in this Privacy Notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, biometric information is retained and deleted in accordance with biometric data retention practices described in the “Retention Period” section above.
Exceptions: We may retain data longer if required for active legal proceedings, fraud prevention investigations, or compliance with valid legal process.
Security
We use a reasonable standard of care to store, transmit and protect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure any paper or electronic biometric data collected, and we store, transmit, and protect from disclosure all biometric data in a manner that is the same as or more protective than the manner in which we store, transmit, and protect other Personal Information that can be used to uniquely identify an individual.
Your Rights
You have the following rights with respect to your biometric data, depending on your jurisdiction or country of residence:

Access: Request access to the biometric data we hold about you.
Rectify: Request correction of your biometric data (for example, if misregistered).
Deletion: Request deletion of your biometric data at any time.
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent to the collection and processing of your biometric data at any time.
Opt Out of AI Training: Opt out of having your data used to improve our AI systems (as described in the Terms of Service).

I consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of my biometric information to Ageless, its service providers, and affiliated Practices, solely for these purposes. I am at least eighteen (18) years old, that the image I upload is of myself only, and that I may withdraw my consent and request deletion of my biometric information at any time by contacting Ageless at privacy@ageless.ai.
